There is debate about whether Leadership is a God given talent or an acquired skill. There is also misconceptions about the difference between Leading and Leadership. And on top, are managers really clear on whom they should be leading? When these are clarified one comes to appreciate the importance of: i- “Execution” to becoming an effective Leader, ii- what are the right behaviours of a Leader, and iii- the differences between Management and Leadership.
