The Need
Most Companies have a difficult time deciding their strategies in the first place. Deploying such strategies down the organization so that the entire company is working in a cohesive manner and pushing in the same direction is almost non-existent. This causes much time, effort, and hard business opportunities to be missed, and mounting costs in lost productivity and internal squabbling.
The OGSM, when done right is the perfect anti-dote for all of this.
Content/Structure
Day 1
- What is OGSM, why is important?
- The process of the OGSM system
Developing the Corporate OGSM via separate work shops for O, G ,S, M.
Day 2
- The concept of “Deployment” of the Corporate OGSM Down the Organization.
- Development of the “Function” OGSM and / or “FUNCTION Action Plans via specific work shops.
- Learning the process for Monthly & Quarterly Reviews and Adjustments.
Output
Participants will Collaborate to develop the Corporate OGSM such that it is all on ONE PAGE. This drives full clarity to all functions and employees about WHAT the Company intends to do and HOW it will go about achieving that.
On top, participant on day 2 will develop their own Business Unit’s OGSM or in smaller Companies the Function’s Action Plans.
