It also very importantly encompasses Leading One’s-Self first. Knowing more in-depth the next level of Behaviours for successful leaders is missing for most. And knowing how to separate between leading self and leading the team are concepts that can prove very illuminating

Participants will develop a very high level of understanding and appreciation of what it takes to be the leader that knows how to drive himself first and then his team. The course provides a go to check list that participants can always refer to so they can refresh their memory on the key drivers of leadership.
